The NHS Evaluations Panel
The NHS Evaluations Panel help to meet the challenge of commissioning high quality research relevant to NHS needs. This panel considers the need for scientific evaluations of specific initiatives and innovations arising from developments in the NHS. Some evaluations will be identified and initiated by the programme, and some will originate from NHS organisations such as strategic health authorities, the NHS Institute, individual NHS trusts, primary care trusts and commissioning bodies.
