September 2006 - The access/relationship trade off: how important is continuity of primary care to patients and their carers?
A research summary based on research undertaken by Baker et al (2005). It summarises the main findings of a study that was commissioned to explore the current role of continuity in primary care - to determine the views of patients and carers about the importance of continuity compared to other aspects of care.

March 2003 - Continuity of care for people with severe mental illness
A research summary outlining the findings of a review by Freeman et al (2001). The aim of the review was to identify and understand the mechanisms that enhance continuity of care for people with severe mental illness, and to describe the context where these mechanisms operate.

December 2002 - The transition from child to adult health and social care
A research summary presenting the findings of a review by While et al (2001). The review looked at current practice relating to continuity of care for young people with chronic illness or disability, during the transition from child to adult health care.
